GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

The Patient Registration Team leader is responsible for the efficient operations of the Patient Access Department. Provides coordination and oversight of staff. Offers informational support and evaluation of regulations, procedures or practices of the registrars. Coordination of all clerical functions associated with facility. Represents facility as the focal point for all initial communications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School graduate or equivalent required. Minimum of two (2) years hospital or office experience required. Prior experience in patient registration preferred. Meditech system knowledge preferred. Bilingual language is a "plus."
