Job DescriptionResponsible for providing leadership in the development and execution of HR strategy in support of all HR related strategies that support organizational goals and effectiveness. This position establishes and implements HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the hospital’s strategic plan. Directs a team of leaders in HR, organizational development, employee health and volunteer services. Responsible for compliance in all areas of federal, state, local laws, and Joint Commission requirements in relation to Human Resources.

■ Master’s Degree in appropriate discipline.
Professional Experience Requirements:
■ Ten (10) years of experience in Human Resources, including eight (8) years management experience over a full service human resource function.
■ Relationships: Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships and communications with teammates, leaders, executives, board members, patients, and general public.
■ Understands and appropriately applies principles, procedures, requirements, and policies related to specialized expertise.
