Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Answers telephones, screens and routes calls appropriately. Answers inquiries on activities and operations of department by referring to and clarifying policies and procedures. Participates and supports Leadership Team functions and duties as required. Investigates and assists with resolving problems as needed. Composes, compiles and processes correspondence, staff meeting minutes, statistical reports, gantt charts, and powerpoint slide presentations. Evaluates and processes incoming and outgoing mail. Arranges and schedules travel and meeting room reservations as needed. Maintains appropriate calendars and schedules appointments. Assists in planning and coordination of special events/projects. Develops and maintains filing systems. Experience with Vizio, Adobe Pro and WebEX preferred.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A minimum of two (2) years of experience working for a senior level manager; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
