• Oversight of the Patient Services operation side of Food Services
• Responsible for the hiring, training, and coaching of Dietetic Assistants and Patient Services Supervisors
• Participates in patient rounding as well as employee and patient satisfaction programs to help achieve desired goals
• Leads daily safety huddles, participates in employee/departmental meetings
• Effective communicator with experience in customer service
