APP for Occupational Health Program- Western, NC
Caldwell UNC Health is the choice for health care in Caldwell County. The Emergency Department sees approximately 30,000 + visits a year. Caldwell Physician Network provides the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from eleven separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137-bed licensed hospital is a member of the UNC Health System. We are seeking an NP/PA for a replacement role in occupational health.
Position Features:
· Office location- Bernhardt Furniture Occupational Health Department, 1839 Morganton Blvd SW, Lenoir, NC 28645
· Full-time (36 patient contact hours)
· No Call
· Services to employees at Bernhardt Furniture include: sick visits, preventative care, chronic illness treatment, referrals to collegial network providers, etc.
· Experienced providers only please
· Medical, dental, vision, disability, group life, employee assistance program (EAP), flexible spending account, and 403b
· Professional Liability coverage
