Job Summary:
Responsible for the daily operations of the Care Access and Service Integration Analytics team. In this role, the primary responsibility is managing a dedicated team of analytical subject matter experts developing BI solutions using data visualization and statistical methodologies to develop insight-driven analyses that enhance decision-making. Responsibilities include program planning, problem resolution, personnel management and performance improvement using lean methodologies and data analytics.
Description of Job Responsibilities:

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration or related field.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
Two (2) years of experience in process improvement or re-engineering projects, physician billing analysis or reporting, strategy and decision management, or managed care. Experience should include performance improvement, outcomes measurement, project management or personnel management, and data analysis.
