Summary:
HRSA/RCORP Program Manager/Data Coordinator 

Health Resources Services Administration/Rural Communities Opioid Response Program is a multi-year initiative by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) aimed at reducing the morbidity and mortality of substance use disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD), in high risk rural communities. The Program Manager/Data Coordinator serves as the liaison between Nash UNC Health and consortium partners to ensure project deliverables are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate consortium participation in community planning and strategic discussions regarding opioid/substance use disorder prevention, access to treatment, and recovery supports. 
  • Track, collect, aggregate, and report quantitative and qualitative data and information from consortium members ensuring HRSA’s quarterly and bi-annual reporting requirements are met. 
  • Assists in the development and collection of data sources and maintaining a repository of the sources to help inform project activities. 
  • Participate in technical assistance calls on a monthly basis. 
  • Assist in developing key communications channels. 
  • Monitors and reports project activities’ performance indicators. 
  • Attends regional and national RCORP meetings.
NOTE: This is a grant-funded, time-limited position ending in August 2025

Other Information

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social Work, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other health related field is required. Work experience may be substituted for Master's degree. 
  • Master's Degree in Business, Social Work, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other health related field is preferred. 
  • 1 year of related experience in Business, Social Work, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other health experience is required. 
  • Experience in qualitative/quantitative data and analysis across diverse populations
