Summary:

The Lead Recruiter, in conjunction with HR leadership, oversees the hospital’s in-house talent acquisition (TA) efforts. Working with the Human Resources Manager, they will be responsible for executing TA strategies, managing the TA process, and providing guidance and support to the hiring team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful recruiting for a variety of positions in clinical and non-clinical settings, or technical and certified settings.


**This is an ON-SITE position. Remote work will not be considered.**


Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day oversight of talent acquisition duties and personnel, including:
    • Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner.
    • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular updates to the internal and external team.
    • Strengthen relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs, then convey those needs to the TA team and ensure follow-through.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, providing feedback to applicants.
  • Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, to promote the company.
  • Develop job postings and manage job board.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes.

Job Details

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional HR designation (SHRM, HRCI, or similar) preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the technology, engineering, or healthcare industries.
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to multitask and prioritize effectively, as well as manage others’ workflow and performance.
