POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
• Join our established women’s health team of 6 OBGYNs, 6 Midwives, 1 GYN and 2 APPs.
• Schedule: Mon – Thur 8am – 5pm, Fri 8am – 12pm. • EPIC EMR featured in our hospital and clinics.

HEALTH SYSTEM HIGHLIGHTS
Showing our commitment to patient and family-focused care for women and newborns, the health system plans to invest over $40 million in local construction and renovations to support the projects which include relocating hospital obstetrical, gynecological, and neonatal services into a state-of-the-art women’s center on the 4th floor of Rust Tower, as well as to consolidate its women’s health clinics into one location. The outpatient space will feature 20,000 sq ft, 36 exam rooms and 4 procedure rooms.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirements: Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements: Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina or eligible. Board certification if required by the Department.
Professional Experience Requirements: Gynecology APP experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: Demonstrated clinical competency. Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills. Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting. Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
