Description
UNC Women’s Health is hiring a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to work 24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
UNC Women’s Health at Holly Springs, formally Magnolia Women’s Health, offers primary care women’s health services. We emphasize preventative care and ongoing education. We believe that you, the patient, should play an active role in your health care.
We strive to provide care in a comfortable, non-threatening environment. Our providers take the time to listen and work with you to make a health plan to fit your needs.
Services
• Women’s Health
• Gynecologic Care and exams
• Care for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and thyroid disease
• Urgent female concerns
• Contraception counseling, prescribing and management including IUDs and Nexplanon implants
• Preconception and fertility care
• Menopause diagnosis and care including hormone replacement therapy
• Care for depression and anxiety
• Sleep issues
• Bladder and bowel concerns
• Acute health concerns such as headaches, rashes, upper respiratory infections
Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Qualifications:
• Work schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Women’s Health/GYN experience
• Licensed in North Carolina
• 2-plus years of experience

Education Requirements:
● Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
● Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina. Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
Professional Experience Requirements:
● No prior experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
● Demonstrated clinical competency. Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills. Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting. Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
