Summary:
The role involves coaching senior executives within UNC Health and the SOM, providing one-on-one coaching sessions and tracking coaching activities. The individual will support DevelopMe Leadership Coaches and will conduct ROI/ROE studies, generating comprehensive reports. Additionally, the role includes developing and implementing group and team coaching programs, serving as faculty for the UNC Health Coach Training Academy, and supporting the design and professional development of coach training programs.

Education Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline. Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
● International Coaching Federation PCC credential required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
● Requires four (4) years in program management, preferably in a healthcare or leadership development context.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
● Understanding of adult learning principles, coaching methodologies, and leadership development best practices. Familiarity with organizational structures, change management, and stakeholder management. Building strong relationships with senior leaders, HR, coaches, and program participants. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines efficiently. Staying up to date on trends in coaching, leadership development, and the healthcare industry Utilizing data to inform program development, coach selection, and program evaluation.
