Summary:
The Training Development Consultant is responsible for designing and delivering effective learning experiences. This position develops instructional design programs and provides facilitation, contributing to the overall success of organizational training programs.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and design engaging, interactive learning content (e.g., e-learning modules, presentations, job aids, etc.).
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and adult learning principles.
• Conduct needs assessments, develop targeted training solutions, and stay informed on emerging trends in instructional design and technology.
• Facilitate impactful training sessions, workshops, and presentations for diverse audiences, utilizing effective instructional techniques to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
• Provide support to senior talent development consultants in delivering impactful learning experiences.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and data analysis.
• Work closely with the talent management team to gather feedback, iterate on training materials, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Familiarize yourself with the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies.
• Collaborate with LMS Administration team on the development of e-learning modules
• Support the administration and tracking of training programs.

Education Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, human resources, education, or related field.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
● No Licensure required
Professional Experience Requirements:
● 1+ years of experience in talent development
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
● Strong interest in instructional design and facilitation, willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences.
• Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
