We are hiring for a D/N Flex Team RN for our ED and ICUs.


RNs will schedule for 7a-7p or 7p-7a.


You must be willing to float to at least two of our clinical groups based on your experience. This can be adult critical care, stepdown and ED. By being a member of this care team, you have a global view that expands your knowledge and skills without limiting you to a single area.

 

 

This position does not include our benefit package but has a very competitive salary and great shift differential. We have a variety of available options depending on how many hours you want to schedule per week, what shifts you are able to work and how many areas you are able to work in based on your experience.

 

Flex II: 12 hours per week | Minimum 2 Groupings | Self-Scheduling

Flex III:  12 hours per week | Minimum 3 Groupings | Self-Scheduling

Flex IV: 24 hours per week | Rotating | 2 Weekend Shifts/6 Weeks Required | Minimum 2 Groupings | Preferred Scheduling


This position requires you to attend a week of orientation (can be split between two back to back orientation weeks), computer training and complete clinical grouping competency requirements prior to scheduling shifts for precepting to units.


Our staff work across the main hospital and also have the opportunity to work in our Hillsborough Hospital.

 

Preference will be given to candidates with at least 18 months of recent hospital experience.

 

Qualifications

Requires graduation from a state-accredited school of professional nursing and one year of nursing experience. Must be licensed to practice as a registered nurse. Healthcare provider BLS required and ACLS required.
