Nursing Assistant II (per diem) needed for the Burn Center
The Burn Center is a 21-bed, fast paced critical, intermediate and acute care environment for patients of all ages. The Nursing Assistant is responsible for admitting, discharging and transferring patients, as well as daily care and NA II duties. All work performed is under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

This is a temporary / per diem / at-will position requiring a minimum of 12 hours (7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am) worked every two weeks and one summer and one winter holiday each year. There are no benefits associated with this position. Also requires the ability to attend a week long hospital orientation Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:30pm)
QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED. Listed as Nursing Assistant II with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Listed as Nursing Assistant I with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification. Six (6) months related nursing assistant experience.
