This position may involve support of various hospitals and health care systems within the UNC Health Care System, but will be employed by Rex Hospital, Inc. (this includes, but is not limited to, for purposes of payroll, health benefits, retirement options, and applicable policies)
The Analytical Solution Manager- Analytics Training is the functional lead for developing a Health Care System analytics training roadmap, developing and delivering analytics training, and supporting the needs of The Analytics Community. As the Enterprise Analytics training lead, the ASM will ensure UNC Health's focus on people development extends to growing individuals' analytics skills that enable analytics maturity. The position will be working with both leaders and end users to characterize requirements and ensuring the successfully delivery of analytics training solutions to meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of analytics developer (data querying using SQL, data visualization, data science, etc.) experience and 1 year of training development/delivery experience.
The ASM position is an individual contributor position with no direct reports. The position reports to the Executive Director of Analytics Services and Data Governance.
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
No licensure or certification required.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Four (4) years of data-related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Ability to function with limited guidance and be comfortable working on projects alone or leading more junior team members.
