Supporting The Analytics Community (TAC) at UNC Health, the Analytics Training Specialist position will ideally be filled by someone with a strong appreciation and passion for data and analytics, data literacy, process and training. You have experience curating and developing training, and/or have experience as a trainer. Leveraging your strong project management skills you will identify, pilot, and deliver new training programs in alignment with the needs of TAC. Reporting to the Analytics Community & Training Manager, successful execution of the role in the first 1-2 years will focus on: defining, creating, and beginning to deliver an enterprise solution for analytics training, with a best in class learning experience.
·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related field.
·No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
·Seven (7) years of experience in a supervisory, management or leadership role or Three (3) to Five (5) years of project management experience.
