Responsible for providing leadership in the development and execution of HR and OD strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
This position leads a team of HR & OD professionals in recruiting, employee relations, organizational development, workforce engagement, compensation, and benefits.
Partners with executives and other leaders in the organization to develop and lead Human Resources strategies, including plans, policies and systems, to support the mission and strategy of the organization and to enhance organization effectiveness. Operates as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing advice and counsel to all members of the executive team on organizational and people issues. Identifies and mitigates risk across the organization and ensures appropriate compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Interacts with HR employee customers, resolves employee relations issues, and manages HR risk and compliance at the local entity-level.
Leads people toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
Provides an inclusive workplace that fosters the development of others, facilitates cooperation and teamwork, and supports constructive resolution of conflicts. Treats sensitive or confidential information appropriately.
Works to improve and reinforce performance of others. Delegates assignments, clarifies expectations and holds others accountable for achieving results related to their area of responsibility.

Reports to VP, Support Services and System Integration.
BS in Business, Education, Health Sciences is required. Master’s level preferred.
10 years of Human Resources or Organization Development Experience. 5 years of manager level training or experience is preferred. Previous hospital/healthcare required.
SHRM certification CP or SCP is preferred
