The Command Center RN is the conductor for orchestrating health teams in providing direct high-quality patient care in a virtual high-tech setting. From the Command Center location at Parkline, this role engages Physicians, APP’s, Network Coordinators, and Community Providers in the plan of care while maintaining a 24/7 virtual relationship with the patient and family inside their own home.
·Bachelor of Science in Nursing
