Summary:
Responsible for the overall management responsibility of the UNCH Clinical Care Management function, including planning, revenue generation, operational analysis, financial analysis, problem resolution, personnel management and performance improvement.


Responsibilities:
1. Leading People - Leads people toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals. 2. Develop schemas for new data sources and assist application developers with query tuning.
3. Results Driven - Exceeds departmental and organizational goals and customer expectations. Makes decisions that produce high-quality results by applying knowledge, analyzing problems, and calculating risks. Delivers high-quality services and is committed to continuous improvement. Understands the overall financial performance of the organization and applies financial concepts and practices to establish and maintain realistic budgets. Uses financial information to monitor overall financial status of operations.
4. Quality of Care - Assures development and implementation of outcomes management and associated performance targets, including but not limited to patient satisfaction surveys, physician relations and continuing education. Monitors variances and recommends and implements corrective action.
5. Customer Satisfaction - Ensures high customer satisfaction. Communicates patient satisfaction results, letters and comments to staff and leads initiatives to improve customer satisfaction with care and services.

Education Requirements:
● Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Nursing or related field.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
● No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
● Three (3) years of management experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
● Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management, effective managerial skills and principles surrounding quality improvement and utilization management required.
