The Senior Analyst supports the day-to-day responsibilities of the market research function and the strategic finance function and is responsible for developing and implementing analytical frameworks to complete assigned tasks. In addition, this role develops reusable tools and frameworks, oversees Analyst activities, and is responsible for direct client interaction on assigned projects.
Description of Job Responsibilities:
1. Communication and Building Relationships - Acts as a key liaison between executives, hospital administrators and clinical leaders, and ensures a tight linkage between the organization's efforts and its strategic goals. Serves as a key champion of the organization's strategic priorities to internal constituents through formal and informal communications.
2. Market Research - Supports the day-to-day responsibilities of the market research function and completes assigned activities that deliver environmental assessments, competitive intelligence, and market trend analysis through the development and use of forecasting tools.
3. Project Management - Provides project leadership for strategic initiatives. Defines projects, develops project plans, and sets priorities for working teams. Uses foresight to keep projects focused and on track. Plans and facilitates meetings.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
Professional Experience Requirements:
If Bachelor's degree, two (2) years of experience of relevant experience (in an analytics, finance, banking, business development, private equity, strategy, market research or consulting)
If Master's degree: one (1) years of experience of relevant experience (in an analytical role, finance, banking, business development, private equity, strategy or consulting)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, relationship building and communication skills. Ability to function with limited guidance and be comfortable working on projects alone or leading more junior team members.
