Summary:

Responsible
for the coordination of the marketing strategy at Caldwell Memorial Hospital.
They follow through on specific tasks tied to marketing campaigns and
communications. 


Responsibilities:
Marketing – Serve as coordinator of the marketing strategy as well as performing the specific tasks. Build and maintain relationship with each vendor. Create graphics and layouts for print ads, brochures, etc. Manage and update photo display in lobby for CMH and CMHF Board of Directors. Works with PR & SL directors to assist in creating radio ads. Assist PR & SL directors to identify content for videos. Serve on the CEO Signage Committee and manage projects as assigned. Assist PR to identify and promote feature stories to local reporters to secure coverage. Develop, plan, coordinate and execute ground breaking, open house, ribbon cutting – events. Prepare and disseminate press releases for Caldwell UNC. Coordinate and execute photo shoots for new providers, marketing, etc.
Reporting and Design – Oversight, coordinate with vendor and update hospital website. Participate in Marketing Shared Service meetings and develop and provide oral report on Caldwell projects and activities. Prepare report and attend Monthly Marketing huddle with CEO, Service-line directors and others. Create graphics, design for oversight and mgmt. of billboard contracts. Maintain supplies and create new provider gift and attend presentation. Order and erect outside banners. Create new provider displays for employee lobby and Medical Staff Services. Utilizing both UNC system and UNC Caldwell information, create and send employee updates (currently 2x per week – during COVD, daily)
Oversee and create designs and graphics for screensavers. Oversee and create designs and graphics for lobby digital boards. Serve on LEAN projects as requested. Maintain a current resource of community leaders for utilization as needed. Maintain relationships with Caldwell, Blowing Rock and Boone Chambers of Commerce. Serve as primary team member during unexpected events ( i.e. COVID – command center, Samaritan’s Purse Field Hospital). Coordinate, design, develop, execute health related emphasis tree
