How do I Qualify?:
RN Clinical Nurse II - Graduation from school of professional nursing; RN license in North Carolina or compact state; BLS certification; and one (1) year of nursing experience.
Clinical Support Tech (Nurse Assistant) - High school diploma or GED; listed as Nursing Assistant I with NC Department of Health and Human Services; BLS certification; one year of clerical/customer service experience and six months of nursing assistant experience.
Cardiovascular Sonographer - Associate's degree in sonography; radiology or a related field within 3 months of hire or completion of a 12 month ultrasound program within 3 months of hire; ARDMS registration; CCI registration or registry eligible; one year of sonographer experience.
Cardiovascular Specialist - Associate's degree or graduation from cardiovascular program; RCIC, RRT or RDCS; ACLS; ARRT or resp care preferred; one year of experience in invasive procedures or 2 years of relevant health care experience.
Ultrasound Technologist II - Completion of a 12 month program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography/General Ultrasound or equivalent certificate; RDMS registered with certification in at least one modality specific to department of hire; BLS certification; three years of ultrasound tech experience.
Respiratory Therapist II - Graduation from Respiratory Therapy program; RCP license; RRT; BLS certification; ACLE, NRP, PALS or CPFT; two years of RT experience.
Pastoral Education Specialist - M.Div. or equivalent degree; graduation from accredited college/seminary with nine units of ACPE CPE faith group endorsement; ACPE Associate Supervisor certification or NACC certification; prior pastoral experience in hospital setting and/or congregation.
Maintenance Mechanic II - High school diploma or GED; 3 years of experience with maintenance and repair projects or larger facility maintenance, including experience in all forms of maintenance; journeyman level experience.
CT Technologist - Completion of an accredited educational program in Radiological Science or completion within 3 months at time of application; must be registered with American Registry of Radiological Sciences or registry eligible; BLS certification; prior education, training and experience that provides ability to perform the assigned tasks; requires advanced certification in CT within one year of employment; successful candidates must become registered within one year of employment and must maintain their registry status and continuing education requirements annually.
