UNC Family Medicine at Smithfield, located in Smithfield, NC, is currently seeking fulltime, Family Medicine NP/PAS to join their team. The employer group is, UNC Physicians Network (UNCPN). In partnership with UNC Health Johnston, our mission is to provide compassionate, cost-effective and high quality care to every patient.
Job Details:
• Flexible schedule
• Monday – Friday: 8-12/hr shifts plus extra weekend shifts if desired
• Onsite/virtual support of registered dieticians, LCSWs and care managers
• Access to multiple UNC specialists including Orthopedics, ENT, Rheumatology, Urology, Dermatology and Endocrinology
• Services include Family Medicine, Immunizations, Chronic Health management, nutrition counseling, physicals, Women’s Health and well visits
• Prioritizing and assessing patients
• EMR – EPIC
Compensation:
• Guaranteed base salary plus opportunity for quality and productivity incentives
• Support for relocation expense (if applicable)
• Rich benefits plan w/ generous PTO package, 403B employer-sponsored retirement plan
• CME – 5 days plus $2500 reimbursement/fiscal year
• Malpractice insurance including tail coverage
