Chatham Hospital Commitment Incentive and Relocation Assistance Program

 

Chatham Hospital is offering a 2-year commitment incentive and relocation assistance!

Commitment Incentive

Eligible jobs:

  • Administrative Coordinator
  • Manager level and above
  • RN Clinical Nurse I
  • RN Clinical Nurse II
  • Respiratory Therapist I
  • Respiratory Therapist II
  • Surgical Tech

Guidelines:

  • Two-year commitment with equal pay-outs at six months, end of year one, and end of year two.
  • Only full-time positions 0.75 FTE or higher, and pro-rated based on a 0.9 FTE base.
  • Only applicants external to the UNC Health system can be eligible, however per-diem teammates at Chatham converting to fulltime are eligible.
  • No applicants that have been employed at Chatham Hospital as a 0.75 FTE or more within the past 12 months can be eligible.
  • Eligible departments must be at least at a 30% vacancy rate and/or have a critical position posted that is especially difficult to recruit for (i.e. certain shifts).
  • All commitment incentives will need approval from Chatham Hospital COO/CNO.

 

Relocation Assistance

Eligible jobs:

  • Administrative Coordinator
  • Manager level and above
  • RN Clinical Nurse I
  • RN Clinical Nurse II
  • Respiratory Therapist I
  • Respiratory Therapist II
  • Surgical Tech

  • 1-year commitment for relocation assistance (2 years if an incentive commitment is also offered).
  • If two spouses or household members are hired, only one relocation incentive per household is allowed.
  • Full-time positions 0.75 FTE or higher.
  • Only applicants external to the UNC Health system can be eligible.
  • No applicants that have been employed at Chatham Hospital as a 0.75 FTE or more within the past 12 months can be eligible.
  • All relocation assistance will need approval from Chatham Hospital COO/CNO.
