*Commitment incentive effective for offers extended July 27, 2021, and after. Candidates must be hired as a Respiratory Therapist I, Respiratory Therapist II, or other respiratory care position requiring respiratory care license, for inpatient units (as well as Carolina Air Care) at UNC Hospitals or UNC REX Healthcare. Eligible units and positions will be periodically reviewed for a discontinuation date. There is no discontinuation date at this time.
Eligibility and Program Guidelines:
Payment is paid in six (6) equal installments. Payment is made after each six (6) month period of work completed for up to three (3) years.
