RN Clinical Nurse II - Up to $15,000 may be offered to an already earned Associate's, Bachelor's, or Masters's nursing degree RN. The amount offered is based on the department and years of commitment. Payment is spread out over an 18 month period in four installments. The first payment is made upon hire (within the first 60 days) and the remaining payments after each six-month period of work are completed.
New Grad Nurse - will be distributed with 50% at the new hire's start date and the second payment is 50% after the new hire completes 6 months.
Nursing Assistant I - The Commitment Incentive will be distributed in four (4) payments over a two (2) year commitment and will be considered part of the referring employee’s yearly earned income, subject to all applicable tax withholdings. The first payment is $500 at the time of hire, the second payment is $500 at 90 days, the third payment is $1,000 at one (1) year, and the fourth payment is $1,000 at two (2) years.
